I am too scared to take pics of myself

It happened when I was a child, family was always into taking pics. And they told me to pose or "smile properly" even though I tried. That made me really self conscious and eventually I raaan away from taking pics. Plus low self esteem didn't help.

I'm at a much better place now, self confident, I think I'm hot (kinda). Been working out for a year too. I'm single too. Soooo, how the hell do I take pics of myself if I feel really awkward to do so.

I think I'm still kinda insecure of my smile. Idk any poses that will work. Any tips?

Anybody who got over this fear?

I wanna look like an absolute snacc.
