Drill bit and punch sizes for modifying 91mm and 93mm models?

Just looking to confirm the bit sizes for drilling out the rivets and the size of the punch? I see the size of rivets themselves in the pinned post but just wanting to confirm this. Further questions include: Is there a particuler tool I should be using for peening? Are the carbide drill bits only required for drilling out the pivot holes in 91mm tools or smaller if they are planned to be fitted to the 93mm size? Thanks for any help!
