I need to move out due to mental health, so how can I do that ASAP on benefits in the UK?

TL:DR: Get me the fuck out of here. I'm going stir fucking crazy If I don't move out soon, I'm going to do something to myself that I can't take back.

Please help.

I'm in the U.K. The cost-of-living crisis is horrifying.

I'm currently in a shared accommodation, and Dimensions UK have housed me, and support me for an hour a day, but that can be done in one day or multiple days, and there are three other people with different support hours and needs, and sometimes we're supported together.

Since my original support worker has moved on to Assistant Locality Manager, with one or two days supporting us and only actually free on the one day, the support just isn't the same with the two other support workers, they don't have the same initiative or understanding of what support I need, and they're not great with the other three.

I've taken this up with the manager of my area, and supposedly they're setting up meetings with my Doctor, to get a referral for a psychologist, in order to accelerate the process of me moving out, as we've discussed, and setting up a meeting with a social worker, but I have ADHD, my time blindness is bad, and it feels like they're taking forever.

I just want to get out and get away, because I have depression and anxiety, and no amount of psychological help or medication will change my mind about wanting my own space, not shared, not near any distractions, because I'm struggling to sleep, and even whether I get up early and sleep early, or get up late or sleep late, I'm always woken up my attempt to sleep is interrupted by my flarmates.

The walls are so thin, I can hear people talk in the kitchen which is through two doors, the lounge and then the kitchen door, and there's two of us upstairs, and the flatmate upstairs snores, because he smokes and drinks, even though I don't see why, because he doesn't know how to correctly smoke, no lung inhalation, and he only drinks out of habit, and he's Autistic, plus developmental issues, very childish and emotionally immature, and the family just let that shit happen.
