The Skullfucker (MQI Build)
I've noticed that my dear friend the Male Quarian Infiltrator is essentially ignored on the BBLoB, so I wanted to do something special for him. I decided to make him an unstoppable killing machine that I like to eloquently call...
So this build is all about damage per shot and generally being a bad-ass "One shot, one kill" sniper. So let's go over the build, shall we?
Tactical Cloak
Evolve this for weapon damage. The rank 5 evolution is up to you, but I recommend taking recharge time over melee damage. The MQI is a little squishy, and if anything is close enough to you to be melee'd, you're not playing this build right.
Tactical Scan
Again, evolve this for weapon damage. I'm pretty sure the rank 5-headshot damage evolution is still broken, which is a damn shame, because that would make this build even more devastating. So go movement speed, or if you know something I don't, go headshot damage.
Arc Grenade
Put 3 ranks into arc grenade. You'll mostly use this when enemies get too close, which I'll explain later
Quarian Defender
More weapon damage! Take weapon damage/headshots/weapon damage. Weapon damage? Weapon damage.
Fitness
Rank it up to 5, going for durability and shield recharge.
Weapon
The almighty Javelin. Put on the high-velocity barrel and spare thermal clip. 'Nough said.
Gear
WEAPON DAMAGE?!?!
Yup, weapon damage.
Sniper Rifle Rail Amp III, Sniper Rifle Amp V, and your choice of either a cyclonic modulator or a power efficiency module. I use the efficiency module so I can cloak as often as possible to dish out maximum damage.
Playstyle
Hang back. Be a sniper. The javelin will kill any mook. For the boss-types, cloak, scan, shoot, repeat. Aim for the head for maximum damage. Simple enough, right? If you get bogged down in CQC, throw an arc nade or 2 and run like hell. I've played this build on gold and done fine, I'm sure it's platinum viable too, I'm just too much of a pussy to try it.
So there it is! Give the MQI some lovin'! Go out there and fuck some skulls!
SUPER EDIT
I stupidly forgot to mention phasic rounds, as most of you have pointed out. Use them. Use them so hard.
