Bc Reggie stunk like ass on D last year

We stunk like ass not his defense , no good rim protection/ help defenders and he would have to play bigger , you don’t know ball but that’s ok

Nah I like Reggie but his defense clearly took a step back last year. He was generally the best defender on the mavs but that’s not saying much. We will miss him but he was not an elite defender and I will dispute any metric that qualifies him as one. I know ball and I know Reggie has value but I would gladly trade him for Grant

Wish we didn’t give up Reggie in the deal, he was a good dude who always played hard. Wishing him success in the future 🫡
Ya he was a class act on and off the court
