Can anyone recommend an Android-based torrent client which also serves up a WebUI, or *any* method of remotely loading torrents?

I'm turning off an old PC that exists solely to download torrents and run a Minecraft server for friends and family. I have a functional MC server now running on an Android PC-on-a-stick running, and there are lots of Torrent apps now available on the Google Play market. But, they don't offer remote service. Android mini PC could live at my desk at home, if I could just tell it to poll a folder and grab torrents as they are dropped in (for example with Dropbox, like I do with utorrent) or with its on webserver for managing torrents (like transmission did, all the way back in 07/08).

Or even a friggin SSH option to say "you! Go DL this thing for me!"

But all the android apps appear to be remote controls for full-desktop torrenting clients. And that is kind if overkill, considering much-weaker NAS boxes do basic BT downloading, as it is. Tonight I had to babysit Linux downloads because I didn't initiate those pull downs while remote. That just seems a wee bit ridiculous.

Any recommendations?
