Introducing the Georgetown Secular Society

Hello Hoyas:

In February 2023, I founded the Georgetown Secular Society to ameliorate Georgetown’s ongoing atonement for participating in the U.S. slave trade. Our mission is to realize a secular Georgetown, a proposal we substantiate in our petition to Georgetown’s governing body. I’m writing to you all for feedback.

1. What are your thoughts on the Georgetown Secular Society?
2. What content would improve the Georgetown Secular Society? (In due course, we’ll be launching an original research initiative. Stay tuned.)
3. How could the Georgetown Secular Society website be improved?

Any feedback on our organization would be positively received.

Thank you!
