No one has drafted more or bigger busts then NBA scouts

I see his peak being 11 ppg on 45% shooting but with 3+ blocks per game

What were his stats in France? What level of competition was he up against? Is everyone just assuming he's good at basketball because he's 7'4? 

What are his skills? What is he good at? I haven't seen a single highlight reel from his time in France. Does anyone else notice the red flags?
