Has anyone cared about an attractive female friends happiness and would do things for them without thinking about getting laid

I used to do this then there were some things that made me feel like I was wasting my time

At the back of my head I didn’t want to spend more time if I couldn’t get laid. Would you spend hours talking, having deep conversation in intimate spaces and not thinking about getting laid? Especially if she’s a 10
