The blue triangle has a steeper slope than the red one so the "full" shapes aren't really triangles. The sliver that is let over is technically a very long and thin diamond shape which happens to be 1u^2 in size.
Blue triangle?
It's green, when I made my comment I was working on another machine which happened to have funky colors so it looked blue.
