Was it Really Rape?

NSFW

I'll try to be as complete as possible. A week or so ago I traveled out of town and stayed at a hotel for a few nights. I looked up escorts and had a girl come to my room the first night. I've done this before so was pretty familiar with the process. It was clearly discussed that it was a business arrangement and what the terms where. Before she arrived I put the donation on the table where she could see it.
She came, we did, and she left. I think we had a good time and she seemed sweet. The next night, and my last night in town I got pretty drunk with friends and messaged her asking if she wanted to come back and maybe stay the night with me. There was NO discussion about terms but at the same time I did not clearly state I was expecting a freebie. I think my drunkenness contributed to the assumption that there was a connection or whatever, not trying to make excuses but possibly explain my thought process. Regardless, she came over got in bed and we made out and had a good time. We both fell asleep naked afterwards and even reengaged in the middle of the night for a second round. When I woke up in the morning I started packing for an early flight. When she woke up she mentioned she needed money and needed me to go to the atm. I didn't say anything but kind of panicked. I didn't have any money and didn't have any to get out of the atm. Long story short I timed my packing right and when she went to the bathroom I snuck out. I went down to the lobby and grabbed an uber to the airport in seconds. She quickly realized and texted me about what a POS I am, karma coming for me, etc., and said something about me being a rapist. I really do feel bad about it now, but the rapist comment has stuck and is REALLY bothering me. I don't think there can be any argument about consent but is consent predicated on an assumption of payment different? YES, I know I'm a POS and a bad person for doing what I did. But rape? What say you?
