Canceled order refund

Hello, I ordered and paid for a laptop in store to be shipped to my house. The laptop order was canceled and I haven’t received my refund yet.

I spoke with customer service a few times and they told me it can take up to a “billing cycle” and sometimes up to a month for the refund.

On Sunday it will be a month since the order was canceled and they still haven’t refunded my $1500.

Is it normal for a refund to take 30 days or should I dispute this with my bank?
