Request: Has anyone been to 'Fortress' at night?

Hi, I was at the launch where there was hope that the venue would indeed sell food and drink all night (eventually) and be a launchpad to un-kill Sydney's post-lockout-laws night life. Is that happening? Or are RSA laws seeing 'drunk' people being turned away at the doors? I'm trying to write a follow-up article but I've not had the opportunity to go there late yet. Thanks for any help.
