House with a feral cat colony will be going on the market soon what to do?

I am currently getting my realtor license. My neighbor from around the block is an elderly couple that has been feeding a colony of feral cats. I have been helping them trap and getting them fixed to control the population. There's still approximately 13 plus that wait outside the house for food everyday. I don't know what is going happen after they move.

Does the selling agent have to disclose to potential buyers there is a feral cat colony? How do these situations get handled?

I am not sure if the neighbor two houses down from her can help feed though.
