Can I have some advice?

Hey, so I'm a girl who's starting year 6 soon and for the past year or so i have had social anxiety, I don't talk to anyone in school, and rarley leave my room.

So I want some advice if how to ask for help in class, I'm so scared to raise my hand because I feel people will think I'm stupid and dont know the answer to things because they all get along with work just fine.

So If there's any students seeing this can I have some advice to ask for some help during class, there are many other reasons but I don't want to go into that.
