Plant mail: wrinkling leaves, can they be saved

Got these online, L to R: Moonstones, Violet Queen, and Superbum. Delivered yesterday 7/14. Soil was literally like dust, so I bottom watered moonstones and superbum for 15 minutes. All 2” plants in terracotta pots from Succulent Box. I live in the east coast so they had quite the journey.

Biggest concern is with the moonstones: 3 leaves fell off and this morning, the left one has wrinkles and these grey spots. The right one is wrinkling too. Seems like I’m gonna have to scrap it bc it’s so tiny and leaves are good enough to prop.

Violet Queen I had to pull off visibly rotting leaves, and god it looks messed up. It had actually slightly moist soil when I unpacked it, so I was scared for rot, I repotted it in jacks gritty after it looked like no rot occurred.

Superbum is probably the least damaged one. Just looks messed up that I hope that watering I did and some more sun will gradually fix and it acclimates.

All from July 4th sales. Yeah, I realize they all won’t come in vibrant color, perfect condition. I’m just really worried they didn’t make the trip. Thoughts? TIA!
