Chase Sapphire Points

Hey y’all, I have accrued 72k points on my Sapphire card and was wondering what the best use of redeeming my points are. I don’t really fly that much but I do have student loans what will have 4.5% APR after the student loan pause.

Would it be a good idea to cash out my points to my bank account and then use the funds to pay part of my loans in October?
