[Suggestion] LF prebuilt. $3500 budget. LF good cpu, cooling, and decent return policy if busted parts on arrival.

Hello. I am looking for a prebuilt with a 4090, good cooling (I don't know anything about liquid cooling but I want something I don't have to interact with a lot - liquid or otherwise), and a good CPU. Also I would like ~32GB of DDR5 RAM.

My biggest thing about pulling the trigger on any PC that meets some of these is the horror stories I'm hearing in some of the reviews. That, and I don't know much about shopping for good cooling or how to find one from a company that treats its customers well.
