Some sort of problem I guess?

I just received my steam deck a few days ago, and when I was playing doom eternal today, all of a sudden a vertical black line appeared on the screen. The game faded out to black, and the steam deck was still on, but nothing appeared. A minute or two later, it re appeared again. I restarted it a few times and then held the power button for 10 seconds after the same problem occurred multiple times. I switched to some different games, yet it still happened. My monkey brain has attempted to try what the troubleshooting article says to do, yet it still happens.
