ryzen 5600x spiking at 100% during gaming causing very low fps

Long story short my build is a: CPU 5600x GPU 1660 super ( EVGA ) MB Asus Prime m450b A II

Basically i’ve looked up solutions and tried everything. I’ve updated BIOS to the latest on the asus website. My CPU seems to heat up so much so fast and none of my games are able to run over 15 fps . I don’t know what I am doing wrong :(
