Can He Eat Large Timothy Hay Pellets?

My dad has a friend who started a sun dried Timothy hay pellet business for farm animals. It’s a small batch business and my dad gave me a gigantic bag of free pellets. They’re just Timothy hay so in principle they should make a nice snack for little man. But I’m concerned about the size and shape. He’s used to the small oxbow rabbit pellets but these pellets are about the diameter of a pencil. Would you feed these to your rabbit?
