does anyone else die a lot to people who are flashed or concussed?

i noticed whenever i play flash characters, i die a lot more times than i get kills when they are fully flashed

same goes for breach concuss and his ult, people seem to one tap me while concussed

am i just getting unlucky or does this happen often to you guys too?
