Need Help on Error

I have recently encountered the over current detected on USB devices error.

I finally got around to replacing my faulty 1060 with a 3060ti, and I was able to game even. The next day, when I turned it on, said error presented itself.

I have since tried the following:

• unplugged all usb devices
• checked mb ports
• checked front usb ports
• unplugged the front usb ports
• checked usb headers on mb
• unplugged everything else except for CPU, GPU, motherboard power, and CPU fan
• removed io shield
• removed mb from tower
• 1 dimm config at A2
• reseated CMOS battery

The error persists. Highly likely mb failure? Less likely PSU failure?

• Ryzen 3300x
• Asus tuf 3060ti
• seasonic core GM 650
