Anyone else having issues with horrendous upload speed disconnects?

First off, I absolutely hate Xfinity but I'm stuck with them. I normally get about 50down/20up when using Ethernet over powerline in my room which has been perfectly serviceable for gaming but as of this last week I've had some straight up awful speeds. My uploads especially have tanked down to double digits in kilobytes before bouncing back up to maybe 5mbps if I'm lucky. I get that comcast is stingy with upload speeds but they were at least consistent before. I tried changing the ethernet cable and am experiencing the same issue, so I don't think it's a hardware thing?

Is something wrong with our line perhaps or is it just a Comcast moment where it's taking them forever to fix a hiccup?
