Cannot get into bios

Just finished my build and booted it up and saw the American megatrends screen. It said " New CPU installed. fTPM NV corrupted or fTPM NV structure changed" I pressed y to reset as I saw that it might help in a video which may have been a mistake because now I'm on a screen that says "reboot and select proper device". I don't know what to do please help me with this.
