microperforate hymen and bad gynos

So I am a 23yo lesbian, i’ve only been able to get one finger inside my vagina comfortably. When trying 2 it’s quite painful and I have to stop.

My periods where too painful to the point i had to take ultram as it was the only way i could get up from my bed for the entire week i had my period.

When to a gynaecologist to see why my period hurted that much, she suggested it might be endometriosis but after an ultrasound, it wasn’t the case. They suggested taking birth control even though i didn’t want them. I’ve taking bc for a year and it solved the painful period and the duration of it.

However i want to be able to enjoy sex and experiment comfortably without the pressure of knowing its going to hurt or that i won’t be able to insert anything down there.

After researching i found i diagram of a micro perforated hymen, took a mirror, an i think that might be the case.

Problem is i know few woman experiments this and i’m afraid gynaecologist are going to laugh at me or not take me seriously as it has happened before with other questions i had.

Any advice? Should i buy vaginal dilators and try with that before going to a gyno?
