Coworkers

Does anyone else have issues with co workers bossing them around more then the mangers? I have started working at kohls in early march. I had no issues with any managers, but the only people i have had issues with are my old co workers. This women is in her 50’s. I was working amazon my last shift and everyone works in leggings. Yes it’s against the dress code but even the managers daughter who works there comes to work in leggings. My co worker comes up to me and immediately scolds me saying it’s against the dress code and it was highlighted in the break room. She was also adding on and saying if the store manger was there i would’ve been dress coded. He’s seen me in leggings and said nothing. She then adds, “go into the juniors department, you’re tiny you’ll find something that’ll fit.” I don’t know why she added that part in. It always seems like i’m being threatened at my job by the older ladies. One shift i was on amazon and my older co worker comes up to me and says “You know LP can see what your texting?”. I just nodded and didn’t say anything. I was texting my mom back. I have had so many more encounters with coworkers. Has anyone else had this issue with co-workers being more bossy than managers?
