moderating issues

So, i'm a mod of a reletively new sub, i've never had to use modtools before.

Recently, we found we needed to remove a comment, but no matter what I do, I can't access my mod tools. I've tried doing it on the desktop app, the desktop site, the old reddit site and the phone app.

The first three don't work, like at all. I don't get any of the moderation options. I've tried putting mod mode on, tried putting it off, tried going through r/ Mod, tried opening modmail (which is completely empty btw, and I can't get stuff to show up), tried through mod queque (also completely empty), tried looking in the helpcenter, but all it did was tell me to do things i already tried or give me stuff i can't reach (such as the mod icon, it doesn't appear anywhare).

Farthest i've gotten was with the phone app. I actually managed to get my "delete", "approve" and "larchive" options to turn up through Mod Feed. But the specific comment we need to delete is part of an extended thread. And the tools dissapear as soon as i extend that thread. And no matter what I do, the tools do not show up underneath the comment that needs to be removed.

Does anyone know why this happens and how i can get it to work properly?
