Doom Eternal Black Flickering on PC

Guys, I have Doom eternal on Xbox and on PS5, but wanted to play on PC. I've downloaded a pirate copy (since buying 3d legal one I do not want) and it's constantly flickering.

I've tried to install old drivers, but they are not compatible with Windows 11.
Is there any solution?

MY PC:

Win 11,
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100F 3.30 GHz
RAM - 32.0 GB
Nvidia 3080 RTX
