Is it worth the upgrade from the 6750xt to the 6800 non-xt for the price?

I was wondering if it was worth upgrading to the 6800 non-xt because it is the recommended GPU for Starfield at 1440p but im not sure if its worth the upgrade since its around $120 more. I am starting to push my budget limit but I can fit in the 6800 if it makes that big of a difference. Extra question: is there a Ryzen CPU with the same performance for a cheaper price or is the 12600k the best for what I am spending?
