Thanks! Not sure what you mean by custom drawn. But the flowers, dragon head, and tiger are stencils. The rest was free hand.

By custom I mean, the artist drew up their own self made variation of the flower, dragon head, tiger etc instead of taking it from a book or another outline (commonly done, not necessarily bad ofc). Backgrounds are usually free hand and custom, which is cool.

im sure he makes his own. hes been tattooing for over 25years. he showed me a pencil sketch of my arm sleeve. i cant say i know the answer for sure tho. sorry, i wish i knew more
