There's enough time in between deaths and new door openings to get the next one the same way, I was able to get the Majora's Mask without getting hurt... Once I figured out the last one needed >!its armor broken before climbing aboard!<

The first one can start with almost a Y shape, no need to overcomplicate the capture. Once you get him making that move, you can take your time getting the setup right to just keep hopping on, just remember there will be another to capture after
