Controller having input lag on pc

I am not sure whether this is the appropriate place for this but worth a try. Recently my Dualsense controller has had a lot of input lag and i can tell as when i’m on 0.05 controller dead zone on rocket league i can still stall consistently. this is not something i have practiced nor something you can learn it’s nearly impossible. i’m not sure whether it’s my pc or my type c wire as the wire randomly disconnects if it’s not in a certain position.

does anyone have any advice?

Well try changing the usb cable it might be the pc too the problem try to play 2 matches one with the controller and one without it and see if the problem is the pc or controller (other advices: try changing the ports,check the controller manual if it has or a yt video)

i think it’s my cable since it’s faulty af so i’ve ordered a new type c charger. if that doesn’t work out i’ll try what you’ve suggested, thank you.
