Consolidation problem.

Hello there, whenever i save a project with a consilidated track in it and reopen it there is all of a sudden an old consilidated track there instead of the one there’s supposed to be. Has anyone else had this problem and how do i fix it? Reopening the project works sometimes but its just a weird and irritating bug.
