Trying to shift to data analysis from design

So most of my background is in branding and design. I’m 22 at the moment and discovered I liked data analysis when I had to work with some automated spreadsheet for a discord community. After which I started to experiment on my own for awhile and then took a data analysis course from google, which is as basic as it can get but it’s a great introduction course.

I tried to look into the job market and entry level isn’t really entry level and they ALL have different softwares and programming language listed. So which is like an ideal place to start when it comes to software and skills I can list?
