Analysis of Eren's Balls
Today we'll be discussing Eren's balls, and how it is a nod to AoE as a whole
First: What do wormholes do?
- They lead to different regions in space
- They lead to the past or future
- They lead to Parallel Universes/Timelines
Why is this important?
Take a look at when Eren enters Paths
Eren literally goes through a wormhole
And look at what the wormhole is speckled with? Balls
As Eren goes through the wormhole, we see balls coming at us
What do we see right as the balls land on our face?
What we assume to be the Previous/Parallel Manga Timeline
Now, what do we see when we get a glimpse of Eren's eyes?
Balls.
I believe Eren's Balls represent each Parallel Timeline
You can see one of them in his pupil, representing the timeline he's looking at, while the other timelines (balls) are close too
What do we see when Eren looks at the Previous/Parallel Timeline of School Castes?
MANY Balls
It's also interesting how here Eren's eyes are blue here too
It's not too big of an analysis, but it makes it so much more obvious Parallel Timelines are 139% canon in AoT
(I would add more but I'm too tired)
