Looking to get into Sorcery - Where to start?

I live in the Midwest in the United States. I'm looking to get into Sorcery TCG and would like to know the best place to start. I unfortunately missed out on the Kickstarter and may try to get some Alpha product eventually but don't want to buy at current secondary market prices. That being said I'm thinking Beta product would be my best bet to start? Looking for maybe 2 boxes and whatever starter decks/promos I can get. Is there a singular place that would be the standard to purchase these products from? US distribution is a little questionable for sure so maybe directly shipped to my house would be the best way to go? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

You can print out the alpha precons and order the beta precons from Team Covenant

Team covenant has pre orders and guaranteed allocation. I ordered a booster box and precons from them!

Yea, that's what I was thinking. The artwork looks amazing, something I'm definitely going to want to crack more packs of!

The opening experience is the best I’ve ever had from any TCG. Card quality, rarity, and value. It’s all there.

Tabletop Simulator has it loaded as well. Their is a discord channel where people look to join games and voice channels as well.

You can also create and load custom decks into Table Top Simulator using the official set list website (curiosa.io)

Team Covenant like everyone else said has beta for pre order at $150 but there is a Canadian store selling boxes at $125. Even with the shipping it's a good deal right now

Which Canadian store? I’m Canadian and the Team covenant shipping is so expensive.

I am the owner of it. We submitted an order for some booster boxes and such but the demand has been so high that we are no longer taking preorders. Stay tuned, though. We should know in early August at how much allocation we will recieve.

Search youtube for how to play videos. If you are beyond that, and want to buy product to play(vs collect), the general wisdom is wait for Beta, which will have a much greater print run. Like MTG, if you want to build a specific deck, buy singles.

i can see the game getting boring and going stale soon
