Steakhouses in Los Angeles to celebrate a birthday?

My ladyfriend and I (23 and 25, respectfully) are visiting Los Angeles in September for my birthday and I’ve been looking around for some high-end steakhouses to celebrate in. I’ve seen good things about Gwen, The Palm (Beverly Hills), and BOA in Manhattan Beach.

I’m open to things that aren’t steakhouses, such as Japanese-hibachi style or Italian. Ideally steakhouses though
