Can anybody help me please?

So I’m trying to play the old CODs now the servers are back online, problem is I no longer have the disc copies, so I have no option to purchase them from the store only “install”.

Once I install & try to load the games, it asks for the disc to be inserted, any way around this without making a new account or something?
