Is he just being friendly?

I recently met a guy and I already knew that he is bisexual as he told us that before. We've met two times in our class to submit some materials for our completion. The first time we've met, he told me that I looked pretty and for the second time, I became his seatmate. As I arrange my notebooks in my bag, he leaned towards me and tucked my hair behind my ear, and I think we're both shocked because of what he did, I did not say anything but it is my first time that a guy did that to me. He leaves the room with his friends and even bid goodbyes to some of our classmate but not to me.

My friend told me that he is kind of leaning to being a gay based on what he shared on his social media before we met but never posted anything now. Before we met, I tried to add him since we kind of know each other already and he and my friend is already connected on his social but to my surprise he never accepted it. I guess some of them thought that I am too innocent that even him told me and some of our classmates that I should be protected.

I never dated nor flirt with anyone before, so I don't know if these actions were just normal if you want someone to be your friend or something else is going on between us.
