No Chai quest?

The Winter festival is coming up in one day and I have waited all this time for Giva to give me the chai recipe but she just does not do it even though I spoke to her several times. I already grew tea and bought cinnamon but I can't make the tea since I am missing the recipe. I wanted to make the other recipes but I don't have the ingredients (store is closed and the others out of stock). I can probably just give her something else but I still find it weird that she didn't give me the recipe. Did something go wrong?
