RDS Proxy and Secrets Manager

Hi all,

A quick question for those who might be making use of RDS Proxy.

We are currently experimenting and testing RDS Proxy within our infrastructure, and I am wondering what the cost implications are of using RDS Proxy with Secrets Manager and what sort of costs people incur with doing so regarding the calls.

We're planning to use it with a m5.2xl RDS instance with MySQL. I assume it doesn't get the secret for each client connection so was wondering how many calls it would make.
