how can i learn to make projects like these? (credits u/Aesth_render)

I'm completely ''new'' to Blender, but I've never been able to do a project like this and I really wanted to learn, I'm tired of searching and only finding courses that are in timelapse or the teacher literally keeps activating layer by layer, but without showing the process of how it got to that layer.

Seriously, I can't believe that there aren't courses showing the whole process from absolute zero and accompanied by good hours of duration, can someone give me a light? Please, I really want courses that teach what I'm looking for.

( I've already taken the donut course, I've masterfully reproduced some projects from architeturetopics and some jewelry projects on youtube and udemy, but they're not quite what I'm looking for, I know that, but I needed to start using blender somewhere, right?)
