Pure 2H STR Build with Great Club +10; Thought on re-rolling?

I’m currently using Royal Soldier’s Ring +1 and Chloranthy Ring but thinking of using a different weapon as the durability of Great Club is sort of getting annoying to me. If I was to re-roll with a thought of a new 2H STR weapon in mind, how should I allocate my stats efficiently?
