Question About Contracts

Reading through the contract before i sign it. I like the company and think they'd do a good job for me. But a couple things in the contract catch my eye. Is it normal for the industry for the client to pay the company's labor costs? 'All costs related to payroll are the client's responsibility'. I read this as I pay their payroll for the sale. Why should I be doing this?

They accept credit cards and transaction fees are the client's expense. Is this normal as well? Kinda confused as to why i should pay this one as well.

I would also be charged for a trash dumpster or trash removal. Again why is that my expense? I'll just tell them to not touch anything and will clean it myself.

never had an estate sale before and these things seem strange to me so just wanted to ask are these normal?

Thanks
