Update! PSA: Community Secret Shop @ TI12

Firstly, thank you to everyone that previously engaged with the previous post regarding the community secret shop, or what we have been dubbing the Side Shop 2023. https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/14hqh3w/psa_community_secret_shop_ti12/

Our community, The Crimson Witnesses, have received massive support from all areas of the community from teams, content creators, artists and individuals as a result of the initial post. All of the feedback has massively helped with turning this from a plan into a reality and I am incredibly grateful to everyone for that gave feedback and support.

As an update to the previous post, we now have finalised our location, floor plan, setup and opening times for the event!

The event will be held on the 25th October 2023, it will run from 10AM to 4PM @ Block41.

It will be completely open to the public and free to attend.

The full event space is over 15,000 ft**^(2)** and at the event there will be:

12 Large D1 Team Exhibits (Over half of these exhibits are now slotted to teams, announcement to come at a later time on who they are!)

A large gallery on each floor, for community artists to showcase and vendor their artwork.

One combined section for the D2 Teams.

One large area for those vending physical models etc.

One combined section for content creators.

Food truck located in the courtyard on the 2nd floor for those that want to hang around and socialize a bit, there will also be free WiFi at the venue.

If you are any of the above and haven't already reached out in interest of this event and want to get more information such as floor plans, please do so at your earliest convenience. There are zero fees for attending and selling your merchandise. This is purely a philanthropic endeavor for the community.

We are hoping to provide a hard enamel pin to all attendees much like at TI, this pin will be a collaborative effort from the artists. The aim is to produce approximately 5000 pins which an allocation can then be given to each community artist to create a design they love. This pin will then have a backing card with a direct QR code link to all of the artist's media accounts who collaborated for
the event.

Permission from Valve for artist work for the event is ongoing. Hopefully will have confirmation on something solid soon.

WIN.GG recently did a feature on our group too in case you're interested in the other things we will be hoping to offer the community this TI!
