I hope you weren't cleaning it when you say you were cleaning....
It seems it was improperly cleaned (either just now by you or at some point in its past) so it's value is degraded. But it is still a desirable coin.

Oh no no no, I’d never clean any coin haha. I had a slight feeling it might’ve been cleaned in the past due to the grime around and inside the letters :(

Assuming its legit I'd say between $300 to $350.
Ohhh, well me and my mother were both tidying up and de-cluttering today, she handed me this along with a few other coins. They were all in old sleeves, so I took them out to put 'em into new ones. That's when I noticed the CC mark and did a triple-take. I'm still struggling to believe how this just turned up outta nowhere lmao.
