Small bumps on my finger

26M. There are a couple of bumps on my right hand's index finger, each about a couple of centimeters wide and a centimeter high. The oldest one is greenish is color while the relatively newer one is more brown in color. The older one also seems to have a hole in the middle. The older one has been there for more than a year one, but about a month back I got the newer bump also very near to the previous one. They are not very painful if left alone but sometimes cause a sharp pain when accidentally touched. I think they are increasing in number on the same finger. Can anyone please have a look and let me know if this is a cause for concern?
