PSVITA Persona 4 Golden and PSP Persona 3 Portable with new official EU locale from Nintendo Switch

Is something like that possible? As I can see the Switch versions with added locale (DE FR ITA ESP) are pretty much a copy-paste of the respective older versions with English only locale.

It would be great if someone will be able to extract Switch locale files and merge them with the respective PSVITA and PSP versions.

Anyone knows how to do that?
