Spreader grafts vs rib replacing septum?

I have a perforation and my septum needs to be replaced with my own or cadaver. I have an internal.external nasal valve collapse in addition. My breathing is very restricted.

If I am getting a full rib replacement of septum then spreader grafts wouldn't be needed to build up my nose again ?

I am trying to understand my options as I've been to 3-4+ surgeons and each one wants to perform it differently
